Staff were accommodating and the hotel was wonderful little, it had excellent location in a neighborhood that reflects the Santa Cruz of "back in the day " when I grew up. I had a really really nice stay in a long time.

Very good

The hotel is clean and the room is updated. The staff is attentive and best. The location is unbeatable, 1 mile from a classic seaside amusement park. And it's nestled in a nice building not far from the beach. Thank you for a really nice stay.

Stayed here for 2 days, liked the hotel, it was clean with nice location in the parking lot or directly on the street right by the parking area. Every staff member was attentive and excellent.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the boardwalk. Staff were friendly, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. I didn't receive my $100 deposit back after a week and had issues with room maintenance that detracted from the experience.

Helping staff on arrival, spacious room, comfortable bed

Wifi connection didn't work at all, little pressure in the shower, restaurants 5-10 minutes walk away but dark corner in the evening to walk. Few lights in the room.

The recently renovated room was clean and spacious, a perfect fit for our family with two kids. We loved the quick 5-minute walk to the boardwalk, easy to access all the fun activities. Plenty of pillows added to our comfort.

My kids wished there were breakfast options available for a quick grab before heading to the beach.
